About the Author

Yvonne Long

Hi, I’m Yvonne Long—a woman, a sister, a caregiver, a daughter, a friend, a creator, and a believer in second chances and soulful healing. These journals were born from my own seasons of transformation. I’ve walked through caregiving, career shifts, heartbreak, and rediscovering who I am when the dust settles.

Through every chapter, journaling became my sanctuary—a safe place to breathe, to feel, to love myself again. My self-help and self-love journals are created with you in mind—especially if you’re navigating life transitions, craving peace, or learning to replenish yourself after pouring into others.

This isn’t just about paper and prompts—it’s about giving yourself permission to heal, reflect, and rise. You are not alone. Let’s write your next chapter—together.

Improve Your Life With Journaling

I started journaling after the death of my mother. In that grief, I felt lost - like I didn't know who I was anymore or if what I was feeling was even "okay" to feel. The journal became my safe place. A place where I could be honest about the anger, the sadness, the guilt, and yes, even the relief and joy that would sneak in unexpectedly. It gave me permission to feel ALL of it, not just the feelings that seemed acceptable to the world around me. I love sharing the most transformational prompts with my community.

We believe in the transformative power of journaling, self-reflection, and meditation to heal, strengthen, and balance the mind, body, and spirit. Join us and start your path to a healthier, more centered life.
