Hi, I’m Yvonne Long—a woman, a sister, a caregiver,a daughter, a friend ,a creator, and a believer in second chances and soulful healing. These journals were born from my own seasons of transformation. I’ve walked through caregiving, career shifts, heartbreak, and rediscovering who I am when the dust settles.

Through every chapter, journaling became my sanctuary—a safe place to breathe, to feel, to love myself again.
